2014 West Cork Emergency Services and Friends Charity Cycle Now in it’s 11th year and over 350 euros raised for the charity the West Cork Emergency Services and Friends Charity Cycle will take place on Saturday, July 12th. The cycle will begin as usual in Skibbereen Fire Station and will then head towards the town of Bantry for its first official stop. On leaving Bantry cyclists will travel to Durrus and enjoy the breathtaking views of Dunmanus Bay before heading up over Mount Gabriel and on to Schull for the second stop. The final leg will bring all cyclists back to Skibbereen for the customary Barbecue at Skibbereen Fire Station. There wi ...
